To ensure a seamless transition, our cardiology clinics will be closed Monday, September 29 through Friday, October 3 for staff training. Rest assured, expert care for your child will not be interrupted during this transition period.

Great news! Both Wolfson Children's and Nemours Children's use MyChart, so you won't lose access to your child's medical records during the transition.
Familiar Experience
If you currently use My Baptist Chart for your care at Wolfson Children's, you'll find the same user-friendly interface when you access Nemours Children's MyChart.
Linking Your Accounts
After creating your Nemours Children's MyChart account, the system will usually prompt you to link it with your existing account. If you don't see this prompt automatically, simply search for "Link My Accounts" in the menu.
