Expanding our collaboration with Nemours Children's Health

What's Changing

Effective September 29, 2025, our cardiology physicians and advanced practice providers will transition from Wolfson Children's Hospital employment to Nemours Children's Health. As part of this expanded relationship, Nemours Children's will:

  • Assume operations of our outpatient cardiology clinics
  • Oversee inpatient cardiology care at Wolfson Children's Hospital
  • Create a truly integrated cardiology team with a singular focus on providing the highest quality care

This transition builds on our successful 30-year collaboration with Nemours Children's Health.

Making Your Transition Easier: MyChart Account Linking

Great news! Both Wolfson Children's and Nemours Children's use MyChart, so you won't lose access to your child's medical records during the transition.

Familiar Experience
If you currently use My Baptist Chart for your care at Wolfson Children's, you'll find the same user-friendly interface when you access Nemours Children's MyChart.

Linking Your Accounts
After creating your Nemours Children's MyChart account, the system will usually prompt you to link it with your existing account. If you don't see this prompt automatically, simply search for "Link My Accounts" in the menu.
