Notice to Patients with Florida Blue or Other BCBS Insurance
Baptist Health is working with Florida Blue on negotiations for a fair agreement. If not reached by September 30, Baptist Health would not be a participating provider with commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Exchange health insurance coverage from Florida Blue or other Blue Cross Blue Shield plans effective October 1, 2024.

Plans Accepted
We welcome most insurance plans at our hospital, outpatient clinics and doctors’ offices. If your child is enrolled in one of the participating insurance plans listed below, we will file your insurance claims for you. Simply provide us with your policy information, and our billing specialists will take care of the rest.
Your insurance plan determines your coverage, co-pays and deductibles for each visit to one of our locations. To better understand your coverage and your financial responsibilities, please speak with a representative of your insurance company. If you have any changes to your insurance information or your mailing address, please let us know.
