Your Physician Bill
Each physician who cared for your child may send you a bill for services your child received while in the hospital or at an outpatient location. These bills are most commonly for visits at a primary care doctor’s office or at a specialist’s office. You will need to work with each doctors’ office to pay these bills.
Other Physician Practices
You may also receive bills from other doctors involved in your child’s care, such as emergency department doctors or anesthesiologists. If you receive a bill from one of these physicians, you can find their contact information at the links below:

If you do not have health care coverage, you will need to pay the full amount of your estimated charges at the time your child receives care. If you cannot pay the entire estimated amount, please call to speak to a customer service representative at 904.202.2092. We can help you enroll in our financial assistance program and other services to help you pay your bill.
