Programs and Services

  • Family and Individual Counseling

A diagnosis of diabetes affects not only your child, but your whole family. Support is offered by a dedicated, licensed clinical social worker who provides compassionate family and individual counseling.

  • Support Groups

Diabetes management takes work. It can be stressful and coping can be a challenge. That's why we organize support groups to offer your child and entire family understanding and encouragement.

  • Insulin Pump Classes

Insulin pumps eliminate individual injections and may improve diabetes control. You can learn more about them and whether they make sense for your child by attending one of our monthly insulin pump overview classes.

  • Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM)

Continuous glucose monitors can alert users when blood sugar levels are irregular. Our team can help you decide if it's right for your child.
