From the Doctor

I am a Jacksonville, FL native who returned to my hometown after completing my doctoral education and clinical training. I love being back in the community and close to family. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring new places, cooking and spending time outdoors, especially on or near the water.

My philosophy of care centers on recognizing the connection between physical and psychological health. I strive to provide compassionate, individualized care that acknowledges each patient's unique experiences, values and circumstances. I believe in empowering patients and families through education, collaboration and practical strategies to help them navigate medical challenges and improve their overall well-being.
