From the Doctor

I recently moved back to Florida after residing here for about 15 years. My husband and I enjoy relaxing on the couch and watching television with our dog. We enjoy trying new restaurants and never miss going out for Sunday brunch. In my free time, I participate in indoor cycling, Pilates and yoga classes.

My approach is to provide patients with the tools and support they need to be successful in achieving their short- and long-term goals. I empower patients to identify and adjust any of their maladaptive thoughts and behaviors, resulting in healthy lifestyle changes, improved well-being and more adaptive ways of coping.
