From the doctor

I chose pediatrics because I love being involved with kids and their families. I believe preventive care is the most important part of medicine. I encourage well visits so I can counsel parents, and only prescribe medications to children when the benefits clearly outweigh the risks.

I grew up in the Panhandle, so I love being in Jacksonville and living near the beach. My son and daughter are in grade school, and as a family we enjoy tennis, golfing and going to Jaguars games.
