From the Doctor
I grew up in Ponte Vedra Beach, and my family and I are excited to be returning home after several years in Chicago. It is especially meaningful to have the opportunity to care for children and families in the community that helped shape me. My husband and I have a young daughter, along with a golden retriever and a cat who keep life fun. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring new places, practicing yoga, enjoying the outdoors and reading. I’m also a proud Florida Gators, Chicago Cubs and Jacksonville Jaguars fan — and, yes, a proud Swiftie!
I love caring for children because every stage of childhood brings new opportunities to help them learn, grow and thrive. My approach to care is centered on building lasting relationships with families, listening to their concerns and providing compassionate, evidence-based guidance. My goal is for every family to feel heard, supported and confident in caring for their child.
I am especially passionate about supporting families during the newborn period. As a certified lactation counselor (CLC), I enjoy helping parents navigate breastfeeding and infant feeding with practical, evidence-based guidance. Whether a family chooses to breastfeed, bottle-feed or combine the two, I strive to provide compassionate support and help parents feel confident caring for their little ones.
