From the Doctor

I enjoy living in Jacksonville and appreciate its warmer climate and its friendly people. I particularly like the beach and outdoor activities. I enjoy going on a boat, biking, walking and playing racquetball, as well as spending quality time with my family.

My philosophy is that patients always come first and I do everything I can for the well-being of my patients. Caring for patients and participating in their treatment is a privilege that I don’t take lightly. I believe in a team approach, good communication and a commitment to providing the best care possible to every patient I treat. I also believe in actively participating in research to advance the field of medicine.

In addition, I think it is important to be involved in the community and participate in volunteer work to increase the awareness of neurovascular disease, particularly stroke, in order to broaden the access to acute stroke therapy for patients in need.
