From the Doctor
I am a native of Jacksonville and enjoy travel, hikes with my dog, time on the water, and socializing with friends and family. In my free time, I often volunteer within the community and online for work with regard to human rights, advocacy and mindful meditation.
I believe in person centered care, prioritizing well-being while acknowledging unique circumstances, values, and preferences; working with the patient to develop greater understanding of their emotional difficulties and to generate greater self-compassion and improved self-care; and resolution of the patient's eating difficulties so as to help develop and maintain a more healthful relationship to food, eating, exercise and body-image.
