From the Doctor

I was born and raised in Florida, and love any activity involving sunshine and water. I especially love paddleboarding our springs and going to the beach. I have a yellow lab named Duke and even made a life-size cardboard cutout of him that I decorate each month, which always brings smiles to patients and colleagues.

I use a strengths-based approach to help patients recognize and build on their own abilities, which empowers them to overcome challenges and create meaningful change in their lives. Seeing clients grow in confidence and independence is what I love most about my work.

I am passionate about helping our community support its most vulnerable members, particularly those struggling with mental health challenges that are often overlooked. My work is driven by the belief that every person deserves to be seen, supported, and empowered.
