From the Doctor

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two children and our beagle, “Daisy.” I also find great joy in gardening, a wide variety of outdoor activities, travel, learning about other cultures, and experimenting with different foods and cuisine.

I am native to Florida and grew up in the Tampa Bay area. I have been in Jacksonville since 2000 and I love the great variety of things this city has to offer. I am excited for the opportunity to serve this growing area and will guide this practice to fulfill the community needs.

I believe preventing a health problem is better than having to overcome a preventable one. I strive for excellence in optimal health with emphasis on lifestyle modification and evidence-based medical guidelines. I view our interactions as a partnership, and I enjoy the long-term relationships I have been able to build with my patients of all ages.
