Pediatric Occupational Therapist, Outpatient Rehab, Wolfson Children's Lake City

Wolfson Children's Hospital is currently looking to add a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to our Outpatient Pediatric Rehab Team in Lake City, FL. This is a full-time opportunity at Wolfson Children's Center - Lake City (Columbia County) location. 

The Occupational Therapist will support the Wolfson Children's Hospital Rehab team by working with patients under the age of 18 with a varied caseload. This position requires a candidate with previous experience working with children and previous neuro, ortho and outpatient patient experience.

Occupational Therapist, Pediatric Outpatient Rehab, Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluates and treats patients with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and medical diagnoses.
• Extensive patient/family education.
• Works with multidisciplinary team care.

Experience Requirements:

• Ortho Experience (Preferred)
• Neuro Experience (Preferred)
• Pediatric Rehab Experience (Preferred)
• Outpatient Experience (Preferred)

Education & Credential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy Required
• Licensed Physical Therapist from FL Department of Health Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Required
