From the Doctor
I was born and raised in Jacksonville and educated in local public schools and at the local state university. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dog, Lucy, cooking, reading, riding my bicycle, spending time at the beach and playing pickle ball.
My philosophy of care is to combine emotional, developmental, social and family dynamics in the therapy process. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a foundation, I utilize an integrative approach to assist individuals in their therapy goals.
