From the Doctor
Since moving to Jacksonville in 2015, my family and I have loved living by the beach and enjoying everything Florida has to offer. The connection to nature and community is something I carry into my work believing in the power of presence, balance, and purpose.
My philosophy of care is rooted in the belief that healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and valued. I view each person as inherently worthy and strive to create a space rooted in safety, empathy, and respect. My goal is to honor each person's journey while supporting them in uncovering their resilience, rediscovering their voice, and creating a lasting and empowering change.
