From the doctor

I’m a New Orleans native who moved to Jacksonville in 2019 to work for Florida State University. My partner and I share a love of adventure and traveling. We have summited Mt. Kilimanjaro and are planning to take on more of the “Seven Summits.”

I strongly believe that people are the expert of their own life and the work we do together is collaborative. Instead of utilizing one methodology for all individuals I see, I draw from a variety of methods for a tailor-made approach for each individual and their situation. As a therapist, I consider myself warm, non-judgmental, and direct. I am an active therapist combining a realistic approach to counseling with experience, creativity, and a sense of humor.
