From the doctor
I was born in Bosnia and moved to Jacksonville with my family when I was 7 years old. I enjoyed growing up in Jacksonville. I chose to stay in Jacksonville because of its beautiful beaches and outdoors.
My philosophy of care is to involve the patient and their family in care. I strive to educate the patient and their family about their child's mental health diagnoses and treatment. This helps empower the family and ensures we work together to improve both home and academic functions.
