Visit your nearest Walgreens store in North Florida, South Georgia between June 15–30 to donate a plush toy.
Customers can make a $10 donation to Wolfson Children’s Hospital at any area Walgreens location in June and a child in the hospital will receive a Wolfie plush toy. Wolfie A. Wolfson is the hospital’s official mascot.
Walgreens stores in Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Orange Park, Middleburg, Green Cove Springs, Lake City, Brunswick, Waycross, Jesup, Savannah and Kingsland are participating. Last year’s initiative raised more than $46,000 for Wolfson Children’s, the region’s only children’s hospital.
Also during June, everyone who makes a $1, $5 or $10 donation to Wolfson Children’s at a Walgreens location will receive a thank-you card to take home, featuring photos and stories of Wolfson Children’s patients.
