Registered Nurse, Clinical Resource Nurse, Full Time Days, Wolfson Children's Hospital

We are looking for a Clinical Resource Nurse to join our NICU team here at Wolfson. The Clinical Resource Nurse will serve as a clinical resource for their assigned NICU units, collaborate with nursing leaders, medical staff, and nursing staff and provide clinical support to improve patient care and patient outcomes in the pediatric inpatient areas.

As a Clinical Resource Nurse, the job duties include but are not limited to:

• Assess, plans, coordinate, and assist with daily patient care activities for identified patient population.
• Ensure adherence to established clinical policies, protocols, regulations, and standards.
• The advanced knowledge and skills required for this role include broad clinical expertise in pediatrics, evidence-based practice, mentoring, consultation, collaboration, education, and leadership. Education Note: MSN required within 1 year of hire

Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 Years Acute Care Nursing Experience Required
• 1-2 years Leadership Experience Required

Education and Credential Requirements:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition, Stabilization Certification (PEARS) Required Or
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Required Or
• Licensed Registered Nurse Required
