Works collaboratively as the Trauma Program Manager with the Trauma Medical Director to ensure the utility and effectiveness of the trauma program. Oversees day-to-day operations of the Florida state-approved pediatric trauma program. Is accountable for monitoring Department of Health Standards for Trauma Center Accreditation. Responsible for coordinating application for verification as a Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center by the American College of Surgeons. Actively participates in coordination of clinical care for trauma patients.
