Pediatric Physical Therapist, PRN, Acute Care, Wolfson Children's Hospital

Wolfson Children's Hospital is currently looking to add an experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist to our Acute Care Team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a PRN opportunity with various shifts at our Downtown campus.

Pediatric Physical Therapist, Wolfson's Children Hospital, Job Responsibilities: 

• Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy treatment to pediatric patients.

• Provide patient care to help improve or restore function and prevent disability.

• Oversee support staff. 

• Participate in departmental operations and in performance improvement activities. 

• Maintain schedule within budget operations.

• Participate in mandatory education and licensure requirements. 

Experience Requirements:

• 1 or more year(s) of Acute Care Pediatric Physical Therapy Experience strongly preferred

• Orthopedics Experience

• Neuro Experience

Education & Credential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy Required
• Licensed Physical Therapist from FL Department of Health Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Required
