Baptist Medical Center hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join the Outpatient Rehab Team. This is a Full-Time position located at Wolfson Children's Clay Outpatient Rehab Clinic in Fleming Island (Clay County).
The Occupational Therapist will support the Wolfson Children's Hospital Rehab team by working with patients under the age of 18 with a varied caseload. This position requires a candidate with previous experience working with children and previous neuro, ortho and outpatient patient experience.
Occupational Therapist, Pediatric Rehab Outpatient Department, Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluates and treats patients with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and medical diagnoses.
- Extensive patient/family education.
- Works with multidisciplinary team care.
Education & Credential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy Required
- Licensed Physical Therapist from FL Department of Health Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Required
