Job Summary
Wolfson Children’s Hospital, part of Baptist Health Jacksonville, is hiring a Lead CT Technologist to join our Pediatric CT Scan Department. This full-time, patient-facing leadership role offers the opportunity to work directly with pediatric radiologists and guide a small, close-knit imaging team. As the Lead CT Technologist, you will oversee the operations of the pediatric department, perform daily QC checks, and manage protocols and staff schedules. This role also includes maintaining ACR and state accreditation standards, mentoring staff, and serving as the liaison with radiologists and the adult imaging teams. Preparing patients for exams—including IV contrast, positioning, and education—is expected, with a focus on pediatric patients.

Monday–Friday schedule (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM) with no call, weekends, or holidays.
Work directly with pediatric radiologists in a supportive leadership role.
Be part of an exciting upgrade — a new GE 256 Revolution Apex CT scanner focused on cardiac imaging is coming in FY26.

What We’re Looking For:
ARRT (CT) registry and Florida license required.
2+ years of CT experience (trauma preferred; pediatric experience a plus).
Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and passion for working with children.
