From the doctor
I was raised in South Florida and being back in my home state is literally a dream come true. My family and I love the vibrant Jacksonville culture and are excited to be close to family, friends, and all of the great Florida attractions, again.
I realize that the experience of mental illness is entirely unique. My philosophy of care is to treat each patient and family as unique entities and focus on building strong and collaborative therapeutic relationships with the children and families I serve.
Combining this philosophy of care with the use of evidenced-based medications and psychotherapies, not only improves the child’s symptoms, but also builds resilience and empowers children and families alike, on how to manage their overall mental health and well-being.
