Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Mental Health Technician in our Behavioral Health Unit at Wolfson Children's Hospital. This is a PRN night's opportunity.

As a Mental Health Technician, you will be responsible for:


  • Provides care to patients in a manner that considers safety, comfort, and therapeutic environment under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
  • Documents observations on assigned patients.
  • Communicates appropriate information regarding patient's condition. Assists with patient education groups, total milieu supervision, assists with admissions/discharges as assigned.

*CPI Certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
