Job Summary

Responsible for 24 hr per day assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care on the assigned units. Interview, orientation, management and continued training of assigned personnel. Is accountable for the efficient, effective delivery of patient care in a safe and cost effective manner in accordance with the health system's mission statement.
